Kunal Bagla

Kunal is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. As CEO, Kunal is ArcGate’s primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture.

Kunal personifies ArcGate’s commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the world.

Prior to founding ArcGate, he was part of the management team at Deloitte Consulting, a Fortune 500 consulting firm.

Kunal represents ArcGate in a number of external venues. He is a member of the University of Texas MIS Steering Committee. He also has been a featured speaker at international business and technology conferences.

He attended the University of Texas at Austin. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and Business Honors.

Dilip Bagla

Dilip leads our offshore delivery centers in India and also sets the strategy for the Asia Practice. Mr. Bagla brings more than 40 years of process and human resource management experience in the manufacturing sector.
