Who We Are

Asanka heads our development team, providing technology leadership and business strategies, while producing social media websites. He brings deep experience managing concurrent development projects, from defining product requirements to ensuring quality deployment. He helps assess client needs and trends to provide more specialized and suited offerings and improve customer experience. He works with the HR team to recruit the right talent and manage on and offshore teams. Prior to ArcGate, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Vox Holdings Inc., a leader in open source product development. Prior to that he was at Motive Communications where he directed multimillion-dollar production deployments for high-speed Internet (DSL) service providers.

Asanka holds a MPA degree from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and a MSc in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
