Dilip Bagla
ChairmanDilip brings more than 40 years of process and human resource management experience in the manufacturing sector. He has a highly successful history of driving innovation and creating profitable companies. He has founded five successful companies, two of which completed IPO’s.
He is ArcGate’s primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. Dilip heads the offshore delivery centers in India and manages operations, finance & human resources.
