We provide tailored lead research services utilizing various secondary information sources (web, subscription databases, periodicals, etc.). Specific sources we use to research include Reuters, SEC Filings, Hoovers, Thomson Financials and Factiva.
Process
Our clients access the lead database through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The software uses a secure web based interface and includes search and reporting capability. Initially, we deliver leads in Word format while we customize the CRM software based on the client’s research needs.
Intelligence
Our analytics service provides insight that helps our clients leverage any relationships a lead may have with existing customers. We start with entering our clients existing contacts into our CRM software. We create a relationship map from these contacts based on professional affiliations, employment history and education background. Every new lead we research is added to this relationship map to identify any references. This intelligence helps determine the best approach to target a qualified lead.
