Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making across client’s product, operations, strategy, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct deep-dive analysis on internal datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs, define analysis requirements, and deliver clear, timely outputs.
  3. Translate complex data findings into concise, business-friendly recommendations.
  4. Work with internal data pipelines and models to ensure clean, reliable data sources.
  5. Monitor key internal metrics and performance indicators, flagging anomalies and opportunities.
  6. Support data requests and projects within defined team service levels.
  7. Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all internal reporting and analytics.
  8. Assist the broader data team with running analyses and preparing datasets.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
  2. Strong expertise in SQL with experience querying large datasets.
  3. Solid understanding of data modeling and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
  4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Hands on experience with Python scripting language for data analysis.
  7. Understanding of tools such as dbt, Git, or AWS Glue is a plus.
