Non-Voice Customer Support

  1. Experience in customer support work via email/chat.
  2. Zendesk and Salesforce experience is preferred.
  3. Excellent written communication skills.
  4. Able to work in flexible shifts.
  5. Review, analyze and respond to customers’ billing inquiries.
  6. Able to interpret customer emails and reply in a creative and personalized manner.
  7. Solid computer skills, including typing and navigation.
