Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to support day-to-day business operations, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and operational processes. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve operational challenges, improve processes, and deliver exceptional client service.

Experience: 3+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (IST)

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operational activities with accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
  2. Communicate directly with clients through email and virtual meetings to support operational requirements.
  3. Perform data auditing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple systems.
  4. Maintain operational documentation, reports, and business records.
  5. Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies while ensuring high data quality standards.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
  7. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  8. Prepare operational reports and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with established processes, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Experience & Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or a similar client-facing role.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Experience working with CRM platforms and other operational tools.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  6. Hands-on experience in data auditing, validation, reconciliation, and client reporting.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Exposure to APIs, EDI, or experience collaborating with technical teams on system integrations is preferred.
  9. Prior experience supporting pre-production processes and post-production integrations is an advantage.
