Technical Support

  1. Work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  2. Good Communication Skills (writing and spoken) to communicate with the engineers and team
  3. Understanding on Web application development process
  4. Understanding of Web Services (sessions, backend, frontend code, APIs)
  5. Understanding the technologies used to develop the app (language, database, server, analytics etc.)
  6. Technical issues investigation and troubleshooting
  7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  8. Experience in handling support tickets (categorization, troubleshooting, escalation)
